A note from Mr. Kalish:
Parents of Orchestra/Wind Ensemble Members,
I am writing to inform you about an informational meeting in regards to the Chicago Trip. We invite all parents of students planning on going on the trip to attend this meeting. If you are a parent who is in need of more information about the trip before committing, please also attend. It will be on Wednesday November 29th from 7pm to 8pm in the high School Cafeteria.
We will discuss our itinerary, the process the trip goes through to be approved, educational value of the trip, as well as how to pay for it. This meeting is for parents only.
There will be a step-by-step rules and regulations meeting where students and parents will be invited to attend, to cover all questions about expectations of packing, behavior, logistics, etc., closer to the trip date.
