NOBOB has licensed the Charms software system for use by the NOHS Instrumental Music department. We are excited to bring a new level of technology to the Band and Orchestra programs.

Note: You will not have to enter the “Eaglemusic” school code — the links will provide that information for you. Once on the Charms site you should follow the instructions below to set up your account.
Are You New to Charms?
- Click the button above to go to the Charms web site. It will open in a new browser window or tab.
- Once at the Charms site you will be prompted to enter your password. Each student should have received a unique password/ID number to log into the system. If you do not have one, please contact Mr. Kalish.
Note: You will have the opportunity to change your initial password once you log in. Parents and students should keep track of this password so they both are able to log into the system. There is one login ID per student. Parents log in using the same password.
- After you log in, make sure your name appears in the upper right corner. If it does not, log out and retry your password.
- You are now in your HOME. Here you can access the calendar, upcoming events, volunteer opportunities, e-mail staff, handouts & Files, etc..
- You will find an Icon with a blue silhouette that says Update Info. Click on this icon and fill out the student’s personal information.
- Make sure the following is accurate: Name, Address, Home Phone Number, Cell Phone Number, Cell Carrier (so we can send text messages through the system), Personal email, Sex, Birth date.
- If you own a personal instrument you have the option to enter information about it here as well. In case it is lost or found, we will have the necessary information to identify it.
- Make sure this is student information, not parent.
- After filling out your personal information, at the bottom of the page there is the option to Add New Adult.
- Please add your parents/guardians and fill out their contact information. Make sure to have an accurate e-mail, cell phone number, and Cell Carrier. We do not need drivers license or date of birth.
