Building a tradition of musical excellence

Disney Trip Registration & Info

NOBOB_DisneyI have a couple of important things regarding the Disney trip, so please read all the way through this message in case any of it pertains to you and/or your student(s).

First of all, the tour company (C&G Tours) would like us to write #17833 on all the checks we submit to them. This is our group number.

Secondly, you need to fill out the Trip Registration Form (which can be found at this link, or on the Forms Page of eaglemusic.org) that we need to receive back from you indicating that your student will be going on the trip. We need this so that we know exactly who is registering to go on the trip. Even though the deposit is not due until October 2nd, please return a copy of this to either Mr. Kalish or to NOBOB Attn: Lynne Furin by September 25th if you haven’t already done so. We can’t determine the final price of the trip until we know the total number of people going. A copy of this form should also be sent to the tour company with your deposit.

If you are on my Chaperone list, I do need you to fill out the registration form as well so I know for sure that you plan on going. Mark “Chaperone” next to your name or somewhere on the page so it’s obvious. You will follow the same payment plan schedule as the students. If you were interested in chaperoning, but you haven’t talked to me about it, please contact me ASAP.

I have contacted the tour company regarding credit card payments, and they are trying to get something set up for us so that we can make credit card payments online. I will share any information I get from them as soon as they let me know.

Finally, we are also looking for two people to drive the equipment truck to Disney. These two people will be more or less the “instrument chaperones” for lack of a better term. If you are interested in this, please contact me.

As always, please let me know if you have any questions. Planning and arranging a trip like this is a huge undertaking and we appreciate your patience with us.
