Reminder: There is a meeting tonight at 7:00 pm in Room 457 at the High School. This is the Mandatory Student and Parent meeting about the Orchestra/Wind Ensemble Trip to Chicago. At this meeting we will hand out the Trip Packet that will include time sensitive paperwork that needs to be returned, as well as the Rules and Trip Regulations. We will discuss, in detail, the trip itinerary and what students need to bring to be prepared for each activity. You will also have an opportunity to meet the chaperones that will be assisting on the trip.
Please do your best to have your child there and at least one parent in attendance. The meeting should be no longer then an hour.
